 Education Trains

Our Education Trains will run every Thursday in May, and Thursday June 3rd. Trains depart each morning at 10:00 and 11:30 AM. All trains will depart from the Sunol Depot except for Thursday May 20, 2010, which will depart from the Niles district of Fremont. The ride is about an hour in length and has a docent on board describing the significant history of the line. Parents are welcome to help chaperone students and all tickets are $5, including adults. Train availability information and reservations may be made by calling 408-249-2953. Once reservations are made, teachers will receive a packet of materials, and all students on the field trip completing a railroad safety activity will receive a trip pass that is valid for a regular Sunday train ride of 2010.
